Hitting Facilities: New York Mets

The covered hitting facility at the New York Mets academy in Boca Chica is where the academy's players take their daily batting practice. Its lanes run side by side under one roof, so hitting work continues whatever the weather.

Scope of work

• Synthetic turf across the hitting lanes
• Batting-cage structures
• Rolling system: retractable netting on overhead tracks
• General netting protection
• Ceiling protection in the indoor facility and surrounding areas
