Privacy notice
Orlova Investments, operating as Orlova Sports Construction, part of Orlova Group, runs this site as a static website. The only information we collect from you is what you choose to type into the contact form. There are no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no profile built about you.
What the contact form collects
When you send us a message, the form submits your name, your email address, your organization if you enter one, the message itself, and which language version of the site you were using so we know how to reply. Nothing else is captured, and no field is collected in the background.
What we do with it
Your submission is delivered straight to Orlova Sports Construction's inbox as an email, through the email provider Resend. It is not stored in a database and is never published on the site. We use it to reply to you and to discuss the project you contacted us about — nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Spam protection and analytics
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address at the moment you submit. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Neither uses cookies, and neither follows you to other websites.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and keep a record of the work discussed. We do not keep a separate copy anywhere else.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will take care of it. If you would rather not use the form at all, email or phone us directly — the details are in the footer of every page.
